BACKGROUND

ClassyLinks Creative Consultants, Inc. (CCCI), doing business as E.H. Mott Learning Center (EHMLC), is a growing 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity committed to uplifting underserved, underperforming, and under-resourced children, youth, and families in the Orlando area. Since our founding in February 2016, we have provided a wide range of creative, research-informed services to learners from early childhood through adulthood.

Our purpose is to empower individuals, youth, and families through restorative behavioral interventions that help develop the core skills and competencies necessary for stable, healthy, and productive lives.

At 3CI and EHMLC, we view learning as central to personal and community transformation. Through a holistic teaching model, we equip learners to advocate for their own growth with integrated academic, social, emotional, environmental, and behavioral support. Our work focuses on prevention, intervention, and remediation—delivering personalized guidance that fosters positive outcomes, strengthens families, and promotes long-term success across multiple areas of life.

Our mission is to empower at-risk learners by strengthening their innate abilities, unlocking their growth potential, and expanding opportunities to reach their goals.

We support individuals, youth, families, and communities to shift mindsets around learning—bridging the gap between where learners are and where they aspire to be.

We focus on supporting individuals, youth, and families facing academic, behavioral, emotional, and/or social challenges that often lead to risky behaviors. Through personalized assessment, advocacy, and skill-building, we help participants reframe obstacles as opportunities for growth and learning.

By integrating creative and critical tools, we promote social-emotional development, enhance natural talents, and build on existing strengths. Our programs forge new pathways to learning, reinforce universal values, and prepare participants to thrive as engaged, responsible citizens throughout their lives.

Our private school tuition and fees are funded by Step Up for Students who supports Florida students and families in building a stronger future through personalized education. Step Up For Students is a state-approved, nonprofit, scholarship funding organization that empowers families to pursue and engage in the most appropriate learning options for their children. By pursuing this mission, we help public education fulfill the promise of equal opportunity. The Step Up for Students opportunity empowers Florida families to personalize their children’s education. Families can select a scholarship that will open the door to a private school, different public school, tutor, therapist, specialist and more.

At E. H. Mott Learning Center, we strive to create a safe, interactive, and collaborative environment that fosters problem-solving and critical thinking skills. We aim for each learner to feel welcome and accommodated, allowing them to share challenges without fear of ridicule.

Every learner will have a voice, a face, and a place here. We value peer-to-peer learning and encourage integrating personal experiences with new knowledge. Independent thinking is crucial for applying what is learned to real-life situations.

We challenge learners, parents, and support personnel to help develop positive attitudes toward learning and achieving successful outcomes.

The learning experiences provided aim to support the growth of learners of all ages, both inside and outside the classroom. Officially established in 2016, ClassyLinks Creative Consultants, Inc., operating as E. H. Mott Learning Center, is based in Orange County, Florida. The main site is at 750 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Suite 43 and Suite 30, Orlando, FL 32805.

We strive to help learners broaden their worldviews. To provide new opportunities, we will open a satellite location at 6326 W. Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32818, in the next academic year. Enrollment for 2025-2026 starts on February 1, 2025.
