Our purpose is to partner with learners, parents, and the community to help children, youth and families successfully determine the cause, extent, and cure for challenges that impede day- to-day progress. We invest what is necessary to create balanced opportunities for learners to become high-quality achievers and positive contributors to self, family, and community.
E. H. Mott Learning Center strives to help learners from age 3 through adulthood become confident and creative builders of their own future. We aspire to cater to each individual learner as a human resource and a valued contributor to the world. We work toward an integrated curriculum that reaches across disciplines and disabilities. We petition learners to meet academic and life challenges with openness, enthusiasm, and a belief that given the best and most appropriate interventions, a direct path to victory is inevitable. Our focus is to get success seekers to reinvent, reignite or rehabilitate their way of thinking and doing by developing their internal and external assets in a way that will help them reduce barriers that limit their potential for positive outcomes at home, school and in the community.
We value the belief that every learner has the potential to contribute positively to society. Through quality instruction, programming, engagement of family, team, and community, we provide a learning environment that respects the principle of equity in all segments of education. We value integrity demonstrated by ethical and responsive behavior, transparency, accountability, and respect for the dignity and worth of all individuals.
